AR360Plus is compatible with all versions of Autodesk Revit. We guarantee that the software will be updated within 3 months after Autodesk releases a new version. Professional plan users automatically receive update links, while Starter (one-time purchase) users can continue using their version without updates.
If you start with the Starter plan and later decide to upgrade to Professional, simply provide your email and license details. You will only be charged the difference, so you don’t lose your initial investment. This ensures flexibility for customers who want to try AR360Plus with minimal risk before moving to the full plan.
The Professional plan is billed monthly or annually and cannot be canceled mid-term. However, you can transfer your license to another colleague or user by notifying our support team. This offers flexibility if your team structure changes during the subscription.
Each AR360Plus license is valid for one machine. If you change computers or hardware, simply contact support to transfer your license. This ensures flexibility while protecting license integrity.
